Speaking Session: What Have We Learned from the Migration to Work from Home?

Maureen Martin is currently VP of Customer Care for North America at WW ( formerly known as Weight Watchers). Prior to that, she spent her entire career in various positions of Customer Care in hospitals and health care systems - always being passionately focused on how to anticipate and respond to consumer inquiries effectively, efficiently, and with great humanity in a way that is simple for the consumer to understand and for the employee to deliver. With an undergraduate degree in Health Administration and Business, and a graduate degree in Health Policy and Finance, she’s been well equipped to continually take on new business challenges in the contact center space.
